The next best thing to recording my new album was putting together this insane 50-page hardcover Photo Album. I dug through boxes of printed photos, stacks of photo albums, thumb drives, hard drives, old computers...I looked through 40,000 photos. It took nearly a year to find all the pictures I KNEW I had...and in the process I found hundreds of others I'd forgotten. Really fun.
The book starts with me and my first guitar (1964) and then photographically tells the musical story of the next 50 years. There is some editorial input about being in bands, addressing the music business, and so on, but really, it's pretty much people with guitars and funny haircuts traveling to fun places. I think you'll like it!
