My Orchestra bandmate Eric Troyer sent me the below link. Those of you who aren't recording artists may find it surprising or even somewhat shocking. But most musicians who've rubbed up against a major label will understand, nod their heads, sigh and maybe even laugh. Same old story: don't expect honest accounting from a major record label, and don't expect to get paid. In other words, "Hey, you're just a musician. You wouldn't understand how the business works."
